- Presale is for Ark NFTs, locked with native $ARK tokens
- There will be 3 public sale rounds, each at incrementally higher prices
- First round price: $297 / NFT (containing 90 $ARK tokens)
- Buyers can purchase total of 4 NFTs per wallet, across the 3 rounds (2 NFTs for the first round, then 1 each for the next 2 rounds)
- Vesting: 100% at TGE and automatically deposited into the Ark vault

- Mechanics & Features
- Ark vault:
- Stake $ARK tokens and earn up to 2% daily rewards in $ARK — max payout of 290%, or up to 80,000 $ARK tokens
- 10% tax on $ARK deposit, compound, airdrop and withdrawal
- Tax on compound/withdrawal/airdrop, increases by 5% for every 8,000 $ARK tokens paid out, up to 55% when payout reaches 80,000 $ARK tokens
- Minimum deposit of 10 $ARK tokens and maximum deposit of 4000 $ARK tokens (after tax)
- Ark Foundation:
- Stake ARK/BUSD LP (‘BOND’) and earn daily BUSD rewards and unlock syndicate referral reward levels (1-15)
- 10% tax on BOND deposit and withdrawal
- BUSD rewards can be compounded to increase your BOND stake
- BOND can be sold at any time (no lockup) and is paid out in BUSD
- Legacy NFTs:
- Stake Legacy NFTs and receive benefits such as; share of platform fees, unlock syndicate reward levels, earn BUSD rewards, raise compounding limits, raise compounding limits
- Each wallet can only hold 1 NFT
- 3 NFT levels (Silver/Gold/Platinum), each unlocking higher levels of utility and rewards
- NFTs can be upgraded by trading in your current NFT and depositing additional BUSD
- NFTs are transferable and tradeable on the native Ark marketplace
- NFT mint funds are distributed as;
- 20% to the NFT rewards pool where 2% is paid out daily based on the holders ownership % in the Legacy NFT pool
- 80% to the Ark Treasury, which is used to invest in yield-earning opportunities

- Refer users and earn rewards
- 5% of all deposits from direct referrals (level 1) get paid to the direct upline wallet
- 5% of compounds enter a Round Robin system, paying 15 levels upline before resetting
