Token launch for a new DEX on Arbitrum.

Presale Details
- Presale will be held on Camelot website, here and will last for 6 days
- Dutch auction method – price starts at $20 and increases after the first $300,000 has been raised
- Everyone will receive tokens at the same price, decided at the end of the auction
- Swap currency: USDC
- Starting price: $20
- Starting market cap (fully diluted): $2,000,000
- Token allocation: 15,000 (10% in GRAIL and 5% in xGRAIL – ratio of 2/3 GRAIL and 1/3 xGRAIL allocation
- No soft cap or hard cap
- No minimum or maximum buy
- Vesting: 100% at TGE
- Any unsold tokens will be burned
- Holders of V1 token (lEXC) will be eligible for a 10% discount
- User can share a referral link and claim after the launch 3% of all referred user’s auction deposits
- Presale funds allocation;
  - 50% paired with 7.5% of GRAIL from POL for liquidity
  - 30% to xGRAIL dividends
  - 20% to team

Mechanics & Features
- Camelot is a DEX based on a dual AMM able to support both volatile (UniV2) and stable (Curve) swaps
- Dual token system – native liquid GRAIL and escrowed version xGRAIL; a non-transferable governance token, both being used as farming rewards
- Features include;
  - Dynamic directional swap fees – ability to set different fees depending on the direction of the swap
  - swap referrals – partner projects can add its referral address and receive a part of their pool’s swap fees
  - NFT staked positions (spNFT) – yield-bearing NFTs which can be staked in yield farms to earn GRAIL, or in fixed-duration Nitro pools to earn xGRAIL
  - Dividends & yield booster – stake xGRAIL and earn a share of protocol earnings; 0.5% unstake fee
  - governance – xGRAIL is the governance token, more xGRAIL held, more voting power
- Protocol earning (fees) distributed as;
  - 60% for Liquidity Providers in LP tokens
  - 22.5% in dividends redistributed to xGRAIL holders
  - 12.5% for GRAIL buyback and burn
  - 5% to the Core Contributors funds
